A few useful answers about discovering resources, getting access and receiving your files with Yehulu.
What can I find on Yehulu Creative Hub?
Browse courses, design assets, LUTs and presets, plugins, project files, templates, UI kits and video editing resources. Each resource page shows its description, category and current access information.
How do I get the files?
Open the resource page and choose Get Free Resource on Telegram or View Resource on Telegram. The button takes you to that exact resource in the Yehulu Mini App. Start the bot if prompted, check your access, then request the files through Telegram.
Are all resources free?
No. Yehulu includes free resources and VIP / paid resources. Use the Free filter to find free resources, and check each product’s current access label before continuing in Telegram.
Where do I pay, and which payment methods can I use?
Payments happen in the Yehulu Telegram Mini App. Open the resource there to see its current price and the payment methods available for your purchase. The public website does not collect payments.
How fast is a payment confirmed?
Check the payment status in the Mini App. Access is granted after the payment is verified; a pending payment does not unlock a paid resource. If confirmation is taking longer than expected, contact @samikif in Telegram with the resource name and payment reference.
Does VIP include every paid resource?
Do not assume that every paid resource is included. Check the individual resource’s access requirements and any applicable plan details in the Mini App before purchasing.
Can I browse without a Telegram account?
Yes. You can browse, search and view resource previews on this website without signing in. You need Telegram for resource access, payments and file delivery.
Are the photos and videos the downloadable resource?
Photos and videos on this website are previews to help you understand the resource. The actual resource files are delivered through Yehulu in Telegram after access is verified.
Can I get a refund or help with a download?
Contact Yehulu support at @samikif in Telegram with the resource name and your payment reference, if applicable. Ask support about the terms for your purchase before paying; this website does not promise automatic refunds.
